In brief, we are a property consulting company. Combined, we have over 150 years experience in the building industry. Our specialty since 1999 has been in the Residential aged care sector, as consultants to Care Homes and Retirement Village providers. Since 2008 we have branched out as specialist property / project managers for Early Childhood Care Centres in property matters and compliance.
In 2011 we formed Kensway Fire as we saw a need for a truly independant Inspection service for fire protection requirements.
Our head office is in Lower Hutt, with other offices in Auckland, Christchurch & Taupo.
We now also offer a full construction management service from conception to turnkey on completion.
We can also offer IQP trained personnel who can issue a building WOF as required and Fire Evacuation Schemes.
We are associate members of the RVA and NZ Aged Care Association
