Kensway provided project advisory, project management, and quantity surveying services for the Yacht Club at Coastal View Village, an aged care and residential community developed by Qestral Corporation Ltd.

The Yacht Club is a purpose-built facility exclusively for residents and their guests, offering a comprehensive range of amenities including a restaurant, café, bar, library, heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, cinema, hairdressing salon, and wellness centre with spa and treatment rooms.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with the coastal environment, the building features level access, intuitive circulation, and extensive natural lighting. Throughout the project, robust value engineering was applied to optimise design and construction solutions, ensuring the pavilion met functional requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness and long-term durability.

Kensway’s involvement spanned from initial project planning and design coordination through procurement, contract administration, and cost control to successful project completion.
