Developed in partnership with Bupa, the project delivers a blend of residential and care facilities alongside modern amenities.

The development includes:

- 82 modern apartments
- 49 care homes
- A swimming pool
- A Community Care Centre with a café and hair salon
- An underground car park

Kensway led the project from property procurement and concept planning through to consent, tender, and construction management. Faced with the challenges of COVID-19 lockdowns and global material shortages, we worked closely with the client and contractors to ensure timely material delivery, seamless FF&E installation, and effective budget management.
