Bupa Whitby Retirement Village

Developed in partnership with Bupa, the project will deliver a blend of residential and care facilities alongside modern amenities in an elevated semi-rural environment within the Western hills of Wellington.

The development will include:

– 133 Homestar accredited villas

– A large Care Centre and apartment retirement building with pool (in design)

Kensway has driven this project from its conception, including procurement. Significant earthworks are in progress while the Building Consent application has been lodged for the first stage of residential villas that are scheduled to commence construction early in 2026.  

The project requires strong partnerships and coordination with all stakeholders to meet critical deadlines and quality standards.
